What Does a Business Valuation Cost?

All businesses and valuation purposes are different, so no two fees look the same. To provide a clear and accurate Letter of Engagement (quote), we ask for only limited information upfront about the business and the reason for the valuation.

Our starting point is $1,350 plus GST. The final fee is determined by:

  1. the complexity of the business structure
  2. the purpose of the valuation (sale, tax, litigation, dispute, succession, and so on)
  3. the level of investigation and analysis required

Once we understand your circumstances, we provide a fixed quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises along the way.
